Was at a KIPP Chicago event last night.  Support charter schools where you can.  Gary Comer College Prep does a darned good job too.  Maximizing human capital potential via education is the human rights issue of our time.  It isn’t just limited to the cities, or minorities-it extends to rural areas with low income whites too.  New Orleans has done a fantastic job with KIPP schools, and charter schools.
