Spent the night in Charleston, WV. Went to a nice place called Pies and Pints. They have their own microbrew here. It was decent. Walking back to the hotel, we happened upon a coffee shop that had some live jazz music. It was in support of Derick Kirk. I had a beer and threw a little money in the kitty.
The drummer looked like he was in good shape.

We drove. I went through southern Ohio. It’s a beautiful part of the United States, especially by Athens. Didn’t see one campaign sign anywhere. Maybe campaign signs are passe with social media? I saw helicopters flying around, assume they were candidates campaigning in Ohio. Should Republicans root for the Buckeyes?
The real Obama. Hey, many of us from Illinois knew it all along. “a president who is at once over his head, out of his depth and wholly unaware of the fact—hasn’t received the attention it deserves.
