The Commerce Clause

I am not a lawyer, but I find the debate about the constitutionality of Obamacare interesting. On the Sunday morning programs there were some spirited discussions about the Constitution this morning.

George Will asked a great question no liberal/progressive/socialist could answer.

“Can the government compel you to go to Weight Watchers?”

Well, can it?
